I contacted them with a simple question about my order, but the replies felt super rushed and not helpful at all. They didn’t really answer what I was asking and just kept sending short messages like they were trying to get rid of me lol. I had to repeat myself more than once and still didn’t get anywhere. Frustrating, ngl, and not what I expected.

The swimsuit is cute and fits me well, so I don’t really have any major complaints. I’ve bought a few swimsuits in the past around this price range, though, and this one didn’t feel quite as special as I expected. It’s not bad at all, I’m just not totally sure it’s the best value for the money

When the box showed up crushed and the suit bag was ripped, I got nervous for a minute and thought I’d been fooled into getting something damaged or poorly handled. Luckily, the actual item was okay, but the packaging definitely didn’t make a great first impression.

I ordered from Voda Swim and ended up having a question about my shipping, so I reached out to customer service by email. Nothing major, I just wanted a quick update and figured it would be simple.
They did respond, and the person was nice enough, but it took a while. Like, longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once before I heard back. The answer helped, but the waiting was kind of annoying, especially since it was just a shipping question.

Overall, it was okay. Not a terrible experience, but not exactly great either because the response was slow, and the slow part is really what stuck with me. I’d probably order again, but I really hope their support gets back faster next time.

I tried to exchange my swimsuit and it was more hassle than I expected. The replies took a while and the instructions wasn’t super clear, so I had to figure some stuff out. I did get it exchanged in the end, but it was just annoying.

The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but they’re not totally unreasonable either. It feels kind of fair for now, though if they go up much more, I’d probably start looking at other options.
